📊 Feature 1: Shipping Data Analysis

Overview

Analyzes shipping records from multiple angles to optimize logistics workflows It processes case-level and piece-level (loose) shipping separately and applies EIQ analysis ranking

Key Functions

📈 Profiling Capabilities

  • Overall Aggregation: Displays total statistical profiles across all shipments
  • Daily Summaries: Summarizes volumes by date (T220 Case Daily, T240 Piece Daily)
  • Rank Summaries: Analyzes shipping volume by I, E, and Q ranks
  • EIQ Analysis:
    • E (Entry): Order frequency profiling[cite: 3]
    • I (Item): SKU characteristic analysis[cite: 3]
    • Q (Quantity): Volume breakdown[cite: 3]

Primary Data Tables

Table Name Purpose
T200 Master Shipping Dataset (Base Data)[cite: 3]
T210_指定出荷日 Target Analysis Shipping Dates[cite: 3]
T220_ケース日別集計 Case Shipment Daily Aggregates[cite: 3]
T230_ケースバラ全集計 Combined Case and Piece Aggregates[cite: 3]
T240_バラ日別集計 Piece Shipment Daily Aggregates[cite: 3]
T050_日別仮集計 Shipping Operating Day Counters[cite: 3]

📦 Feature 2: Inventory & Inbound Estimation

Overview

Estimates required stock holding levels and inbound replenishment volumes based on historical outbound data Calculates item counts across different storage equipment types separately for case and piece operations
